Chandelier that turns the bedroom in a forest

Weird and wonderful interior accessories are our prey, and they don't get too much weirder or wonderfuler than this bedroom chandelier. The chandelier uses specifically positioned 'branches' to project a series of branch-like shadows on to the wall. I have searched far and wide for the owner of this image and the designer so I can credit them, and potentially link to a store that sells them, but I can't find anything! If this is your lamp, please comment below so we can shed a little LIGHT on the back story.
Here are some random initial thoughts:
-How are the branches so focussed? Surely the sharpness of the shadow depends on how far away the walls are? Perhaps they are adjustable.
-This is, to be fair, more of a nightmare Snow White forest than a tranquil place to go for nice walk and a picnic.
-The chandelier isn't actually a chandelier.
-The main light itself looks absolutely beautiful when illuminated. That in itself makes this a very nice piece of interior decoration.
-With the right materials, I think I could make one of these. If you have a go at home, send in your pics and we'll post them on the blog!
-You could do all sorts of other shapes, come to think of it. What would you do?
