IBM's Creative "People for Smarter Cities" Billboards

I don't know about you guys, but I really appreciate when a company goes out of their way to be creative and memorable with their advertising. It's usually better to be memorable for the creativity of your idea, rather than getting a jingle stuck in someone's head. I'm looking at you, Go Compare.

IBM teamed up with renowned French creative marketing group, Ogilvy, to make these rather useful billboards. The quirky designs are simple yet effective and the colours give them that extra 'wow' factor

If you ignore that this 'casual passer-by' is wearing shoes which perfectly match the colours of the advert, this seat looks like a useful addition to this big grey wall.

A ramp up some stairs helps this young lady ascend to bigger and better places.

I'd imagine that this one felt the most useful to people who were walking by as the heavens opened. I wonder how long the camera crew had to wait before it rained!?
