Once you have ordered your items we will contact you within 3 working days to confirm your approximate delivery date and then contact you again nearer the time to arrange the exact date and your time slot. We will deliver your items Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 and will advise you whether we will be with you AM (before 13:00) or PM (after 13:00) so that you can plan your day. We know you are probably busy so we can also call you or a nominated friend, neighbour or family member an hour before we get there on the day.
