Skovby has revived the traditional Dutch pull-out system with their new #126 dining table using an extension system invented in the Netherlands back in the 15th century. The Dutch pull-out system is easy and simple to operate. Two built-in extension leaves are always at hand and can smoothly slide out from underneath each end of the main tabletop to extend the table to its full length. To return to standard length, just lift the main tabletop slightly and push the leaves back in.

As opposed to most contemporary Dutch extension tables, the legs on table #126 are angled and pulled slightly from the corners towards the centre of the tabletop. This gives the table a fresh, contemporary look and flexibility in terms of seating arrangements.

Extend with one or two leaves and seat from 6 to 10 people as needed.

Skovby #11 dining table with function and aesthetics
The Skovby #11 dining table has a unique extension mechanism with two hidden folding leaves, which are easily unfolded and make room for six to twelve people. The Skovby #11 dining tabletop has a rectangular shape with a sharp profile and sloping, wedge-shaped legs adding a unique dimension to the dining table. The dining tabletop and the base complete each other and create an interesting sculptural whole.
Also available with a tabletop in laminate
The dining table is also available with a tabletop in laminate. The laminate has an incredibly hardwearing, silk matt surface and is very practical and easy to clean. 
The silk laminate dining tabletop in white high pressure laminate can be combined with a base of oak lacquer, oak natural oil, oak white oil or black wengé.
As something new the #11 dining table is now also available with a black nano laminate tabletop combined with a base of oak natural oil or oak white oil.
